They had a plan: avoid each other, survive school, and never, ever get along. But of course, life had other plans. From bickering over classroom seats to sabotaging each other in sports, from childish pranks to detention partners, their lives were tangled in every possible way. Everyone thought they were the definition of enemies-and they were. Until they weren't. Because somewhere between the chaos of teenage fights and the drama of growing up, something changed. Their arguments got softer, their late-night talks got longer, and their "I hate yous" started to sound suspiciously like "I can't stop thinking about you." They didn't fall in love in one big moment-it happened slowly. A thousand little steps from high school chaos to graduation, from first dates to heartbreaks, from mistakes to forgiveness. And now, years later, they're not just the enemies everyone remembers. They're the couple no one can forget. From slamming lockers to saying vows-this is the story of how two people who swore they hated each other found a love strong enough to last forever.

They were inseparable-two best friends who shared secrets, late-night calls, weekend drives, and even dreams about the future. Jimin and Jungkook grew up side by side, their bond so strong that people often mistook them for lovers. They laughed it off, calling each other "baby" and "babe" without a second thought, because for them, it was simple-platonic, pure, unbreakable. After university, life pulled them in different directions, but their connection remained-until time, distance, and unspoken feelings began to stretch the space between them. A promise made in their youth-to marry each other if they were still single by 29-lingered like a fragile thread, holding them together even as life drifted them apart. But as years passed and silence replaced laughter, their worlds grew distant. When fate brings them face-to-face at 29, the question lingers: Was it love all along, or just a beautiful friendship lost in the chaos of growing up? A bittersweet story of promises, what-ifs, and the spaces we create between love and fear. P/S: had a hard time to worked on this story without crying. Because this was my real life story.
