Escape From the Alpha

It's 2030. I thought I would have a long life ahead of me. Going to prom, graduating high school with honors and getting into my dream college, where I'd have a major at some point.

But all that stopped, when they came.

Werewolves. Everyone was sure that aliens would come to earth. I called bulls***. What I wouldn't call bulls*** is when those monsters came out of hiding and attacked us. Everyone believed it would just be like our favorite movies and tv shows like Twilight and Teen Wolf.

But it turned out to be Independence Day. I remember when the first werewolf hit us. Thousands of people died that day. We were locked up in cells and when we came out the next week, we were forced out of our homes, it taken by those monsters. We were forced to live in poverty, as our government was shut down, every religion we had, forced to come to a close. Our movies, our shows, our entertainment was banned in all but one country. A country that none of us could escape to.

Now, it's been 8 years and I've been determined to fight back.

My name is Elizabeth. And this is my story.

(While it takes a while to make another chapter, how about y'all read one of my other stories? They really need some love and imo, they are a whole lot better than this one. "A thousand and one roses" is a really good story and should be read more. Just fyi.)
