Winged alpha/beta/omega Shadowhunter au. Shadowhunter wings come in on the childs' tenth birthday, emerging from a tattoo on their back.
Jonathan Santiago (formerly Morgenstern), and Raul Santiago-Wolfblood have been raised by Raphael Santiago, head of the New York vampire clan.
See, not long before the Accords signing and the subsequent Uprising, Raphael snapped and killed Camille after she insulted Magnus, who essentially raised Raphael after his turning.
And because Raphael was in contact with Jocelyn through Magnus, and had seen Valentine hanging around with sketchy New York warlocks one time too many, he knew that Valentine would do something drastic if the Uprising failed.
So, when the battle broke out, he raced to Fairchild Manor with Magnus, took Jonathan and Rauls' mother, Mary Wolfblood, to Hotel Dumort, to protect them, with Jocelyns' knowledge and consent.
Raphael, with the help of Meliorn, Magnus, and Luke, raises Jonathan and Raul with full knowledge of who they are, and full training.
But then, one day, things changed. Valentine attacked Hotel Dumort while Jonathan and Raul were training with Meliorn in the Seelie realm.
In order to keep them both safe, Meliorn sent them through one of the many interdimensional Portals that litter the Seelie realm.
They end up in the Wednesday universe, and quickly get enrolled in Nevermore, around when Wednesday arrives.
They form a tentative friendship with Wednesday and Enid, and then... they meet Tyler.
Read to find out how Raul and Jonathan will change the Wednesday timeline, and most importantly, how they will help Tyler.
Also, everyone in the Wednesday universe is aged up a few years, just to make the story flow a little bit better.

Jonathan Morgenstern And His Brother Meet The Avengers.
Jonathan Morgenstern has a younger brother, who goes by the name of Fenrir. Fenrir is also an experiment of Valentines', done with Asmodeus' blood as opposed to Liliths' blood, and is an orphan, with his Shadowhunter mother dying in childbirth and his Shadowhunter father being killed by Valentine before he is born. Fenrir was sent to Edom a year after Jonathan. During a time that they are both angry and upset, they meet after running asay from their respective demonic parent. As a result, despite Asmodeus and Lilith not getting along all that much, they put aside their differences for the sake of the boys and end up forming a close family unit. Jonathan and Fenrir grow up in Asmodeus' castle, under his watchful eye, training with Lilith every day, learning all sorts of different things, from languages to history, to yoga. When they find out about Clary and desire to meet her, Lilith and Asmodeus accidentally send them to the Avengers New York, where they meet the Avengers and Loki. Neither brother trusts the Avengers at first, but overtime they begin to trust Loki, who tells them about his past with Odin, who sounds so similar to Valentine. The brothers open up to Loki, who takes them under his wing. Their relationship only grows stronger overtime. A few months later, Magnus and Clary arrive and make sure that the brothers are happy with the Avengers. Magnus gives each of them a Bane Signet ring so that they can contact him before heading back to Alec. Follow the brothers' journey from Princes of Edom, to Avengers, to Princes of Asgard. Valentine Morgensterns' Biggest Mistake
Conell Wolfmoon used to be a mundane orphan, but one that showed quite a lot of potential in martial arts. Conell took as many martial arts classes as possible while maintaining high grades at school. This made him a target for Valentine, who saw Conell as a worthy soldier, kidnapped him, and made him drink from the Mortal Cup. But what Valentine, and even Conell, didn't know, was that Conell had a werewolf ancestor, and the blood that still runs through Conells' veins gives him a gift. He can sense blood connections between people, and can sense if a person has good, or bad intentions. And his eyes also change colour if he is really pissed off. In this world, not only do Shadowhunters have wings, which are hidden under a tattoo until they turn ten, or a few days after a mundane Ascends, but they have secondary genders, like the rest of the Shadow World. Conell presents as an Omega, but is very different from normal Omegas. He acts more like an Alpha, because of the way he grew up. Conell protects Jace from Valentine, and informs him of their lack of blood connection, proving to Jace that he can sense blood connections. And when Conell finds out about Jonathan, he demands that Valentine bring him back immediately, and takes both him and Jace to Magnus, revealing that Magnus is an uncle figure to him, having provided him with a safe place and food several times in the past. How will this affect the timeline? Will Valentine still achieve his goal of summoning Raziel? Or will Conell stop that as well? Read to find out.
