Face to Face (a vio x shadow fic)

hey yall!! coming back with a new and improved version of my fic, due to the fact that I was in middle school... and had no clue what I was doing 😭 but dw now I am in HIGHSCHOOL and uhh still dont know what im doing but hopefully im getting better!!

Violet link was once a noble hero, revered throughout all of hyrule, for him and the other links helps take down Gannon and vaati all those years ago. But alas one thing cannot leave his brain, gnawing at him like a dog at its leash, for in his efforts to save the kingdom, and therefore the world, he betrayed his close companion, shadow, an elusive figure bound to his infamy, the one person whom he truly cared for, violet, had mercilessly banished him to the shadow realm, we follow violet as he attempts to free his friend from the prison he is now bound to, can he do it? or will the guilt tear more and more from his person, till there is nothing left but the shallow husk, of a so called "hero".
