Hunter Park Jimin, dispatched to seal a rift over the West Sea, was flung out as he closed it, waking up in a garbage dump.

Starving, he wandered like a zombie into a hangover soup restaurant, only to realize he had landed in South Korea, eight years in the future.

Now, disaster alerts warn of rifts in advance, dungeon-sourced slime ASMR videos trend online, and idle hunters livestream unboxings of A-grade longswords.

Unlike the past, when people feared an apocalypse, the peaceful future leaves Jimin feeling empty. So why not start over as a part-time worker at the soup place instead of hunting?
