Selfish Creatures

"Selfish people are incapable of loving others, but they are not capable of loving themselves either."
I cannot begin to say how much I wanted to know who he really was, because in saying that, I would admit that he was the only thing I thought about.
But we are all selfish creatures. We all covet what we want and can't have. He's selfish. And God, or whatever the héll is up there, knows that I'm selfish.
