Zelda is different... ever since the accident. Her family is down to her and her father. Her mother divorced her father and has gotten a new family, leaving Zelda and her father in dust. She only has two friends now and she can hardly trust her father anymore. Her father has been coming home late now with cuts and bruises, and all he does his sit down and ask Zelda how her day has been. Zelda won't be hurt again. Zelda won't let her friends be hurt. As for her dad...she is determined to find out his secret. Zelda is training.... she is a fighter.

When his father died from an untimely illness, his mother had to marry in order to provide for her two children. Shortly after, she passed, too, leaving Link and his sister to their stepfather. Link was forced to do the household chores if he wanted his stepbrothers to keep their hands off his sister.
