Little Hope: A Little Nightmares Fanfiction
Most of us know the world of little nightmares for it's small nine year old human protagonists such as six and mono, it's puzzles, it's monsters, and parts of the story that are plot holes that leads to more questions than answers. What if! There was another nine year old protagonist who traverses the twisted world of little nightmares alongside with six and mono. We're about to find out. The boy is a fellow lost child who's been wandering around the nowhere for years. He's encountered many nightmares and met some lost children that came and went, there's little hope in the nowhere, but to the boy, hope is hope. Note: this is my version of little nightmares so this story won't be completely like the original storyline and is very different. This story Also contains spoilers for little nightmares one and two (and maybe even from very little nightmares and the DC for the first game). It's Also apart of a big story project I'm working on. This story will mostly center around my oc character (and six). And I'll have to skip most parts of the game and try my best to not give away all of the solutions for each game...too much at least. I'll also be adding some of my own touches and modifications to the story. I'll leave giving the solutions for the puzzles in the little nightmares games to walkthroughs on YouTube and google. The little nightmares franchise is owned by Tarsier Studios and Bandai Namco entertainment. I own my OCs (The main male OC and other OCs I have in this story). Any and all possible images and videos used in this story are owned by their respective owners. This story is based off of the little nightmares games and maybe even the sound of nightmares. This story was solely made for entertainment purposes and not to replace the original games and content. Here we go.

Mono, like all the other children of his world, is left on his own to survive. This world is corrupted by the Transmission, emitted from a strange tower, towering over the dark sky of the Pale City. No one knows how, why and since when, and no one really wants to understand, preferring to take refuge in the comfort and distractions offered by this very same Transmission. But by ignoring the problems, things have become worse and worse, and now the world is a living nightmare. But lately, for some reason he can't understand, Mono has been feeling more and more intrigued by the infamous tower. He has been experiencing increasingly strange dreams, as if something or someone was calling, looking for him. Like so many others, he prefers to hide. Trying to understand only brings suffering and hate. But he can't stay hidden forever.

The Maw is no place for children. It has a way of drawing creatures toward it; those who eat, those who are eaten, and everything in between. The Maw, by accident, is exactly where Six and Mono end up. ~~~ Six didn't want to save Mono, but she did. She knows what he becomes. She knows how stupid it was that she saved him. But she couldn't just leave him to die. As soon as they're out of the Pale City, she plans to run away from him. The screens have other ideas. When Six and Mono are forced to travel through a television, there's a glitch. Although separated by different signals, they're sent to the same place - the Maw, a feeding ground stranded in the ocean. Mono, thrown into seemingly-peaceful rooms, wants to find his way back to Six and escape with her. Six, lost in the darkest depths of the ship, wishes to escape by herself; seeing all others as a threat. It's not simply a fight against the outside world anymore. Without each other to lean on, with danger brewing, with darkness found inside and out...the two may not make it out alive. One thing is certain. Little Nightmares EXPLAINED?
Basically, I stumbled upon this series of games and watched the YouTuber Jacksepticeye play it. After watching Little Nightmares, the DLC, and Little Nightmares 2, I was quite confused about the concept of this universe. I did some small research and found amazing theories that helped make the story make more sense. I shared those theories on Jack's last episode of Little Nightmares 2 and the comment blew up. That gave me the motivation to dive fully into this Little Nightmares universe and find every clue possible to create the ultimate Little Nightmares explanation. I read and analyzed every single game and comic and did research all the way down to the game's coding. Several theories were able to be proven false while some were proven true but don't worry!
