This is a short story and snapshot of a dystopian world I created. This story is mostly experimental, but I think it serves as a huge turning point in the Red Tempest world.

Backstory: The world is covered in a burning, toxic, red storm. Survivors are scattered all over the world and monitored, controlled from birth, and placed into division compounds. Euphorbia, a fiery and chaotic red-haired girl, struggles to survive under rigid rules and oppressive authority of her division. She is usually unfeeling and chaotic. Her red cuff marks her status, her temperament as fierce as her hair, and her world is filled with isolation, danger, and emotional turmoil.
