It has been 14 years since Muzan has been killed. everyone including Muichiro and Genya are still alive and healthy. Tanjiro lived past the mark, and everyone who had it did also. Everyone's living happily and in harmony. 

Haruki and Hanako Kyo are twin sisters, Haruki marries Genya and Hanako marries Muichiro. 

Until disaster strikes. Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke were already prepared. 14 years into the future, they realize Muzan had made a concoction so someone would find it, and become the new demon king/queen.

A young demon slayer named Yurei Kishin found said concoction and drank it, which gave her powers and features that appeared to make her a demon. 

Demons struck out, 14 years of peace later. Her blood making each demon stronger and stronger. 

Nezuko and Tanjiro were now horrified. The two siblings met with Kiriya Ubuyashiki, and reconstructed the demon slayer corps.
