The dragons started a war to remain at the top. A war against humanity. A war where they fought endlessly, driven by their hunger for humans. Humanity's numbers fell while the dragons kept feeding.
But half of dragon kind resisted. They didn't understand why the others were eating humans. What was the point? They appreciated humanity. And so, they sparked a revolution-ushering in the War of Dragons.
That revolution led to the Age of Dragon Slayers.
Dragons helped humans create Dragon Slayer Magic-a magic meant to kill their own kind. And so, humanity fought back.
The Age of Dragon Slaying began-the war between dragon kind and humanity erupted.
I was born in the midst of it all. A dragon who hatched just before this chaos began. Raised in an era of survival, born into the Age of Dragon Slayers... where the battlefield was everywhere, and death followed every step.

First, there was existence. Then, creation. And finally, life. Organisms started to exist and live on the insignificant planet known as Earth in the middle of a galaxy out of the endless void that is space. Two races gained a gift all other creatures don't have: intelligence. Humanity and Dragonkind. Dragonkind was gifted with power and strength, while humanity had dexterity and creativity, always hungry for knowledge. However, when a conflict threatens to destroy the world, dragons become the definition of beasts and humans become nearly helpless to survive the onslaught or become monsters themselves. As the planet closes on its own destruction, a child born of both universes will be either the last light of hope to end the bloodshed once and for all or become its greatest threat to not only Earth, but possibly the whole universe. As two beings run from death itself, their child must survive not just to save Humanity, but all of Dragonkind as well. They were able to shift between a dragon and human form, making them impossible to find. Everyone referred to them as halflings, half dragon and half human. They were said to have wondrous abilities ranging from an armor like pelt to healing powers. These abilities made them prized creatures and wanted across all lands. Those that were discovered usually ended up as pets or fighters in arena's. After five years of their existence they all went into hiding, fearing what the humans did to those that had been captured.
