Ivy spells some medicine, something she's done thousands of times, yet this time something goes horribly wrong. When she talks to herself wondering what went wrong, a male answers her. It turns out that instead of spelling the medicine to speed healing she instead summoned and bound a demon.
This story is set in the same world as Glass Souls and Glass Heart. I would strongly urge you to read them first. It is a companion story and not a sequel. There are several new characters but many of the characters from the first two stories will be participating as well. And yes, we find out what happened between Lance and Leann.
