These poems are my life. A father lost to addiction. A mother's final breath. A sister's pain and the fear of losing her. A niece who fought to stay. And the ache of losing people who are still alive but no longer here. I wrote them to hold on to what I cannot touch anymore. If you have ever felt loss follow you through the days, I hope you find yourself in these words.
