But they shape the normality of the world-the truth in the word 'average'. And when a day goes by; brimmed with activity and exercise of our minds, we wish to retreat back into the routine we so hate.
Sonic lives his normal, average life. Until one of Eggmans inventions fails yet again and sends sonic and shadow to an alternate reality where... Sonic is the villain?

The Light In The Dark
This is a Sonadow AU where Shadow is an alien from a different universe. He finds Mobius and tries to become the most powerful... but without anyone noticing him. He is trying to become one of them. Over time, he figures out that Sonic is the quote on quote "ultimate lifeform" on Mobius. He tries to become acquaintances with Sonic so he can learn their culture... as things take a turn. (These characters are seen as young adults. The only child depicted in this story is Tails. So, for whoever may be thinking, I am sexualizing minors. You're wrong. I also will say that this book is heavily emotional and has very graphic scenes. So I advise whoever reads this as well to be very open-minded and aware of the triggers I've listened down.)
