When silence meets the mist

Death sometimes seemed sweeter than life in a world ravaged by horror. That's what Reiko Kurosawa believed.
At only seven years old, after her parents were massacred, she was forced to raise her two-year-old little brother alone. For a moment, she thought life might finally show her some mercy.. but another demon tore her brother from her side, shattering her fragile world once again.

Just a quick note before the story starts:

This is my first Wattpad story and English isn't my first language, so please don't mind any mistakes. I'm doing my best!

I'll try to post chapters whenever I can, but it might take a bit because of school and life in general.
