They chained her underground for a thousand years. Waking up was never part of the plan. She was the kingdom of Aethermoor's most dangerous secret-a girl with power so catastrophic that the Seven Throne Council chose eternal imprisonment over execution. Bound in unbreakable chains and sealed beneath cursed earth, her name was erased from history. For a thousand years, she slept in darkness. Then she woke up in a high school classroom. The chains are gone. Her magical world is gone. Instead, she finds herself trapped in the body of Ione Castellan, a seventeen-year-old loner who died four days ago. The face staring back at her in the mirror is foreign-soft ash-gray hair and gentle doe-like eyes in a striking jeweled lilac shade. This fragile body feels nothing like the warrior she once was. This world has no magic. But it has something worse: monsters that look human. Through Ione's fractured memories, she learns about Ashcroft-a city drowning in unsolved murders and serial killings. Bodies appear in alleyways carved with symbols she recognizes. Ancient symbols. From her world. Navigating high school is bewildering enough-what is "Wi-Fi"? Why do people stare at glowing rectangles all day?-but her old powers are awakening, causing lights to flicker and electronics to explode when her emotions spike. Worse, she's seeing things others can't: shadows that move with intent, and runes that shouldn't exist in this magic-less world. In a city of serial killers and ancient magic, the girl who should have stayed buried might be the only one who can stop what's coming.

Cursed

"She is a weapon, a killer. Don't forget it. You can use a spear as a walking stick but that will not change its purpose." **************** PART ONE: In a world where fire is both a gift and a curse, Elara Thatcher struggles to escape from her friends, who really just wanted to kill her. When unplanned surprise changed their plans and forced two teenagers to become parents, everything shifted. Complications with the pregnancy and Elara's modified DNA make the pregnancy almost impossible to survive. PART TWO: When war sparks, Elara finds out she was the main cause of the war and hides away while they slowly tear the Earth apart. They were heavily outnumbered, with more people fighting against her than for her. PART THREE: As expected, one of her daughters inherited a sickness from inside her, she desperately searched for a cure. She demanded answers when she found out her daughter had to be bedridden for the rest of her life. There was only one answer: She gave her daughter a curse. Without knowing it, she had been carrying the curse her whole life. A new prophecy was shown to Elara through a vision. She was going to destroy the Earth one day. PART FOUR: Years later, her daughters were 6 years old. Elara's kids still talk to their dad, dead for a year. But a shocking truth about Jay's presence will force Elara to realize the impossible. She still hasn't been found yet but she knew it was sooner or later they would find her. She decided to put an end to everything, knowing that it would destroy the world if she didn't. Soon, she left her home and never came back. Elara Thatcher became the villain in her own story. It probably seems like a very boring book in the first few chapters but it gets better (I think) TW: Suicide Each "part" is like another book inside this one. -CURRENTLY BEING HEAVILY EDITED- THANK YOUUUU!!
