Yu Jimin and Kim Minjeong have hated each other since day one. She's the hospital's golden girl - calm, perfect, impossible to beat. She's the rebellious genius - fiery, stubborn, allergic to rules. They were never supposed to work together. Until the Dean decided to ruin everyone's life and paired them for the final residency - nine months of shared shifts, shared patients... and, unfortunately, a shared apartment. Now, their careers depend on one rule: Don't kill each other. But between slammed doors, jealous glares, and tension that burns hotter than the OR lights- falling in love might be the real disaster waiting to happen. And somewhere between rivalry and recklessness... they'll find that hate was never the opposite of love.

Yu Jimin is straight - or at least, that's what she keeps telling herself. Because if she isn't, then how else can she explain why she hasn't lost her mind after months of enduring Kim Minjeong's ridiculous, over-the-top, daily confessions? Minjeong, the campus heartthrob and self-proclaimed romantic idiot, has made it her full-time job to chase after Jimin's cold, uninterested heart - rain or shine, rejection after rejection, without shame or hesitation. Jimin, on the other hand, is beyond tired of it. It's not cute. It's not sweet. It's annoying. And the more Minjeong refuses to give up, the more Jimin feels like she's going to lose her sanity. Because no one should be this consistent... And no one should smile so brightly after being rejected every damn day. But maybe, just maybe, the line between annoyance and something else is thinner than she thinks.
