Inspired by my son ( everaesthetic ) who lives to read and write. I thought at 47 I'd give it a go. I thoroughly enjoyed it and have decided I'd like to try and write more. This first one is dedicated to my son Parker Starbrook. Thank you for ALWAYS being an inspiration in ways you'll never know . Love you the moon and stars and all the way back 🫶 When Clara discovers an ancient brass key in her kitchen drawer, she has no idea it will unlock a passage to the past-and to a moment she thought she'd lost forever. Decades later, in another house and another life, Lila finds the same key hidden in her attic, unaware that it holds the power to reveal a truth buried deep within her own history. The Memory Gate is a haunting collection of short, intertwined stories exploring love, loss, and the strange ways time folds in on itself. From forgotten attics to ivy-draped gates, each tale invites the reader to step across the threshold-into the places where memory and reality blur, and where every key turns a lock only once.
