An outsider arrives, drawn to the depths of the Abyss not by power, but by a consuming sorrow for the lost Vessels. Working with the ancient Mask Maker, this figure initiates a forbidden ritual: to give the Void Siblings new masks, new bodies, and a second chance at life.

But peace is fragile. The Kingdom's deep past, a sudden kidnapping, and the return of a cursed Dream Weaver threaten to shatter this fragile hope. This is not a story of gods and kings, but of broken hearts learning how to love, create, and choose their own names.

The Return is complete. The true purpose is just beginning.

Tales of Hallownest is a collection of stories created and based on the 2017 platformer Hollow Knight, developed by Team Cherry, that expands and develops the discontinued stories of Hallownest's past, present, and future, bringing a wider comprehension of the universe around the kingdom. In Light Knight's first installment, we take on the role of a small masked wanderer awakened by an unknown distant call, roaming through a desolate kingdom in search of a new purpose to follow as he uncovers more about his past and origins to confront a familiar face. The first part is still being developed and can suffer adaptations and updates throughout its writing. I count on the help of public feedback to bring the best version of it, as I plan to make the other 2 parts, as well as the many follow-ups that begin from this one. Art is mine.
