In which there was another woman, with less red flags than Caitlyn.

"She left you just like that huh?" I couldn't bear looking at her, a big lump in my throat.

Her expression flashed for barely a second before going back to her tough exterior. But now, there was pain behind those eyes. Longing. She pushed back from the bars, going back to pacing in her cell. More frantic now, arms swaying in an attempt to seem unfazed.

"Who do you think's gonna show up? The big guy or the woman with the metal leg?'' She asked me almost casually in spite of herself. I blinked.

"What do you mean?" She gave me an amused smirk, as if i should know what she was talking about.

"I pissed off your little friend. What do you think's gonna happen to me?"

I paused. Did she really think she'd get beaten up?

"Caitlyn wouldn't do that." But she seemed disinterested in my opinion, just giving a slight hum. She sent a single punch to the left wall of her cell when passing it.
