Percy Jackson loses everything in the war against Gaea and goes to a foster home but they thing he is mentally unstable he live in a mental hospital now he was able to be discharged (he wasn't well but he hide it) and no one picked him up but one day Steve and Bucky are at the mental hospital for buckys meds as they are to strong to be held in pharmacies and they ask about Percy and they end up adopting him
