AADHIRA - His Obsession

The Wedding Night :

"Forgive you? Do you realise what you are asking for?" she said as the tears spilled, blurring her vision.

She quickly wiped them away, as though refusing to let him see her weakness. Her finger jabbed hard against his chest, trembling with anger and heartbreak.

"You... you shattered my dreams and peace," she said, her voice rising.

"From today... I won't let you live in peace. I will make you regret every damn day. I will make you regret this marriage and in the end, you will end up begging for divorce, Mr. Derrick."

Her fury lashed out at him like a storm yet he didn't move.

Instead, Derrick found himself watching her with something dangerously close to awe.

Her little finger poked at him with more fire than any weapon could hold.

To him, she was a tempest trapped in a small frame... his little storm who still needed two inches more height just to meet his shoulder.

And somehow, he found that unbearably adorable.
