So, you might think Soviets and Germans actually fought together at some point. They didn't, because they didn't trust each other, although they did sign a nonaggression pact.
Meet Dmitri. A Ukrainian-born competitive alcoholic who lives for the next day, and he sure as hell doesn't seem to like the Soviet government, but he can't do much or else he'll get shot.
Meet Mauer, he's sarcastic. That's all.

Germany is an excited and hardworking person who miraculously was accepted to one of the most prestigious universities.
