Five years ago, a murder took place in a grand theatre. It was investigated, then t months after, the investigation stopped. 3 years later, another murder took place in the same spot, the victim killed in the same way. Yet again, investigation took place for 6 months or so, then stopped.
Now, the same murder happened a month ago. And besides the date, besides the room, there's one other thing these murders use in common.

Both UK and French governments were also involved in those activities. The lady possessed a secret plan to provide arms to the rebels and that got missing from her room. Also, a neighbor in her floor in the same hotel got missing. Couple of days later the dead body of the person was found in another hotel.
