You ask yourself that question over and over, and the answer is different every time. Is someone who killed their dying child a murderer? is someone who killed their brother who had a perfect life while they were abused by their parents a murderer? is someone born into a crime family, where you can't leave, forced to murder, and eventually becomes numb, who likes the power and the thrill, a murderer? is a psychopath who kills others to make others feel their pain, a murderer? is a detective killing the murderer who killed fifty a murderer? is the doctor who lost the patient on the operating table, a murderer? is the child who wants their parents attention, so they killed someone a murderer? is the devil a murderer? where is the line? some could say the detective was justified more than the psychopath just because of his title, but really, you don't know what drove them to murder. you don't know their backstory. in reality...the psychopath could be more justified. in reality...the detective might be a shameless murderer, who defends their actions with the notion that they're ridding the world of evil. that they're cleansing the world of evil. that that's their job. you never know the full story, and you never will, so what gives you the right to play God and Satan and judge others? it's immoral, and makes you just as bad as them. you're no God, you're no Satan, you're no archangel, you're no fallen angel, you're no grim reaper. you're a pathetic, vulnerable human, a monster, maybe, but just a human. a weak mortal no matter how strong. you're just a murderer. All Rights Reserved
