That seems to be the question on the mind of 21 year old Charlie Morningstar, Princess of Hell and sole beacon of hope in all of Hell post the most recent yearly extermination to manage the overpopulation of sinners. Fed up with watching her people be senselessly slaughtered year after year, Charlie sets out to seemingly do the impossible: Prove that sinners can be redeemed even after death and creates a hotel intended on rehabilitating any and all sinners.
But along the way, little does the innocent princess of hell know that there is a battle among some of the most powerful figures in all of the Pride Ring for the crown, specifically the infamous radio demon Alastor, mysterious overlord and sinner demon in all of Hell who has big things planned for the dark underworld.
Can Charlie prove in time for the next Extermination that sinners can be redeemed or is the population of Hell doomed for all eternity?
