Mira is a professional, if nothing else. A publicist in LA that keeps focused on work. She gets shit done and she takes care of those around her. It's who she is. So when her sister, Kamora, loses her husband and is suddenly a single mother of two, Mira packs up her life and moves to Dallas. She'll be there for her sister and her niece and nephew because it's the responsible thing to do. What Mira doesn't expect is to find herself drawn to her charming new client, Paige Bueckers. Mira quickly learns that Paige isn't only smooth on the court, and even though it's the absolute last thing she needs right now, Mira can't seem to get the woman out of her head. And Paige doesn't seem inclined to let her. Ever the professional, Mira tries to keep this very unprofessional situation under control, but as is a theme in her life lately, things don't seem to be going according to plan.
