Ainoko: Start your life from scratch

Sky Yoshimura, a thirty-year-old otaku, is stuck in the shadow of her past. Schoolyard trauma and deep-seated insecurities have turned her life into a closed world of anime and novels-a place where fantasy replaces reality. But one day, everything changes.

By sheer chance, she becomes a witness to a deadly duel between a powerful Kami (a being with superhuman abilities) and a mysterious old man named Oyoki. In that moment, she is seized by fate.

Oyoki, determined to destroy the local superhero-Sky's own ex-husband-miscalculates his strength. Amid the chaos of battle, Sky herself is killed. But the old man, whose power is utterly unlike that of the Kami, does the impossible: he passes on his strength to her and sends her back in time.

Now, Sky gets a second chance-to start over from the beginning. Empowered by Oyoki's gift, she vows to shatter the chain of events that led to her suffering and punish those who made her life a living hell.

But soon, she realizes her revenge is only a thread in a far greater game. The Kami, convinced of their right to reshape the world, are preparing for a war that could tear reality apart.
