The Path I Take - Divergent

A transmigration fanfiction of the dystopian story, "Divergent," the main character wakes up inside one of her favorite---and equally frustrating--YA novels. She finds herself in an uncanny valley body that merges both her own body and that of the novel's protagonist, Beatrice Prior, who is destined to die at the end of the story.
Unsure when or if she will ever wake up and return to the real world, this new Tris Prior must assimilate into her strange body, family, and society, all the while preparing to defy the novel's original plot that seeks to take its own protagonist's life.
