The snow holds the secrets, but the ice demands a price. In the small, isolated town of Bitterroot, Montana, the 2010 December blizzard isn't the only thing cutting off the outside world. One year ago, high school sophomore Sienna and her four closest friends made a pact to cover up a fatal accident on a remote, icy hill. They thought the secret was buried under the first heavy snowfall. Now, as the anniversary arrives, a chilling symbol appears in the snow, and their perfect, terrifying lie begins to unravel. One by one, the group is targeted by a vengeful killer who knows exactly what they did, using the deadly winter landscape as a cover. As the friends dwindle and paranoia takes root, Sienna must race the clock to unmask the figure behind the Jack Frost mask before she becomes the final victim of The Jack Frost Killer.

Whiteout

When twenty-four-year-old Gillian Lambert joins her friends for a winter retreat in the mountains, she imagines cozy nights and carefree days on the slopes. The rustic lodge feels charming, though its innkeeper, Arthur, lingers in the background-quiet, awkward, and difficult to read. One evening, Gillian catches him watching her from across the firelight. Her friends laugh it off as nothing. She isn't so sure. When a massive storm sweeps in, the group decides to leave early. Gillian lingers behind-and when her car won't start, she finds herself trapped as the snow piles higher, the roads vanish, and the outside world disappears. Alone in the silent lodge with Arthur, Gillian senses something shifting. His calm politeness feels too careful. His gaze lingers a moment too long. Isolated and cut off, she can't tell if he's her reluctant savior... or something far more dangerous. As the storm deepens into a whiteout, Gillian begins to question what lies beneath the surface-of the man who keeps her company, and of herself. In the storm, trust is a luxury... and survival may come at the cost of surrender.
