Morpheus, King of Dreams and Nightmares, one of the Endless, is rarely surprised. Humanity is predictable; mortals are selfish creatures who come and go from his realm as they please.
However, there is someone who dreams things that are not of his creation. One mind in the realm of sleep, where he has no power. Where the dreamer rules.
Intrigued by this anomaly, Dream follows a mortal girl and falls in love with her mind. But when Dream is captured and imprisoned for a little over a century, he returns to find his realm is not as he left it.
Based on the Netflix TV series Sandman.
It's been a while since I've written, so this is mainly for me. Feedback is appreciated.

Daydreamer (Dream of the Endless)
Dream of the Endless x Witch OC Katarina, like many others, was effected when Dream of the Endless was imprisoned by the Magus Roderick Burgess. Forced to sleep for years, she found herself in the Dreaming and somehow was able to play the role of the dream lord in his absence, keeping the realm together as it misses its ruler with her powers. She even manages to free Dream herself and is suddenly thrust into a time beyond her years, finding herself with newfound immortality. As she navigates this new life, she finds herself entangled with the Endless, Dream and her naturally being pulled together almost as if were destined to be.
