Two years have passed since the fall of the Shadow Project.
After escaping the labs that once imprisoned them, the surviving Shadow Subjects found refuge on a remote island-one humanity dares not touch. Under the name Twelve, they began to rebuild from the ashes, forming a fragile new society and reclaiming the title they were once stripped of: Entities.

But peace, as Reine soon learns, is never simple.

As the group struggles to establish order amidst chaos, whispers of the past begin to resurface. Old enemies stir in the shadows, and the island itself hides secrets far older-and darker-than any of them could imagine. Reine faces not only the threat beyond the treeline, but the ones within her own fractured mind. Guilt, memory, and betrayal intertwine as she begins to question what freedom truly means... and whether the cycle she thought she broke has truly ended.
