Deep within their subterranean labs, using a forbidden artifact known as the Aetheric Forge, they took a mortal girl named Cimmeria Alessia Esperanza and hollowed her out. They didn't just inject her with stolen Awakener plasma; they tore apart a high-ranking Celestial and a powerful Abyssal Fiend, stitching their raw spiritual DNA directly into her bone marrow.

They intended to create the ultimate living weapon. Instead, they forged an Anathema-a cursed, volatile entity locked in a permanent, agonizing war with her own skin, hunted by both sides of creation, and carrying a human soul that refused to be erased.
