Ever since that day, the two hedgehogs were never the same.
Amy is worried, devastated. Knuckles is confused, wanting questions, Tails, terrified, he just wants his brother back. Rouge, she overworked herself to the point of her entire person being completely destroyed. She's not the same loving bat and jewel hunter you use to know.
This book is unhinged and was created out of pure boredom and will have short chapters if that's okay for your reading standards.

Sonic and all of his friends all started out as some cell. All different and built with different atoms. Growing in tubes, inspected, and observe for testing. Of course there is no harm to them whatsoever. The scientists take care of them, they all act like family, no harm... and especially no suffering. Until there is a new CEO of the company, everything changes... is it for the better, or for the worst? Read to find out! (Note I do have slight depictions of them maybe being romantic, so please do not get on me for anything. This is also not a fully shipped base story. Amy's health struggle
After a series of intense battles, Amy begins to quietly suffer the effects of burnout, stress, and overexertion mentally and physically. Her usual spark starts to dim as she secretly pushes herself too hard, eating less, sleeping less, and distancing herself from her friends. Though she insists she's fine, her declining health becomes impossible to hide. The team begins to worry especially Sonic, who notices every crack she tries to cover. This doesn't really have much plot like my other stories I just wanted to write my own experiences through my favourite characters and mostly just explore the relationships with Amy and the rest of the gang Based on true events Art is not mine! The Sonic gang is going on a trip to another place called Sycora City, a 2 day trip from Green Hills. Shadow is driving because why not. Sonic is next to him in the passenger seat, bugging Shadow while he drives. Amy is with Sticks, trying to teach her how to act more ladylike and to stop being paranoid. Silver and Blaze and snoozing in the middle seats of the van next to Amy and Sticks. Knuckles and Rouge are sitting in the back. Rouge is teasing Knuckles and Knuckles is annoyed, looking out the window and trying to ignore her. Shadow-rin and Tails are sitting next to them. Tails is sitting next to the window and sleeping. Shadow-rin is sitting next to him and has her headphones in, drawing in her sketchbook. Their road trip was meant to be a fun and enjoyable time to just hang out. But on the first night, they stop to stay over in a hotel in a secluded area. The place was practically empty, and they were the only people there apart from the owner, an old man. The place was dark and old, but the room they booked was more better kept, minus the dust. At night, Shadow-rin and Tails hear something, making them look around the dark halls in the middle of the night to investigate. The owner is hiding something, but they don't know what. And they don't want to find out. Its VERY loosely based off the Sonic X TV series I grew up with from the early 2000s. I was very much inspired by Sonic and Chris's relationship. Chris Thorndyke was one of my favorite human characters from the show and I related a lot to him growing up. All I did was gender and race swapped Chris, who is now named Christy, to fit my personal headcannons. Christy also contains a little bit of my own personality traits and characteristics. Without spoilers, my story is mostly about Sonic and Tails who got sent to Earth during a fight with Robotnik, also known as Eggman. With the help of Christy and her best friend Emily, Sonic and Tails struggle to get back home to their planet, Mobius. This is my first attempt at writing fanfiction or any story in general so please be nice. I absolutely WILL NOT tolerate rudeness and bigotry whatsoever when you can easily just block and ignore me. Im not interested in seeing anyones hate comments. To the ones that are genuinely interested I hope you enjoy my version of Sonic, I did my best to stay true to his character.
