Everyone has a chaotic group chat and apparently so does lapds finest.
Welcome to The Rookie Group Chats! - where chaos meets comedy and no notification is ever safe. From Tim somehow ending up in trouble (again), to Lucy's friends hyping her up mid-shift, to Tamara ignoring a dozen "are you coming over?" texts - this is a collection of hilarious, totally realistic moments from the group chats of the LAPD's finest. Expect teasing, inside jokes, and the kind of found-family banter that only Mid-Wilshire's best could deliver.
This is the story of chenford from a different point of view and a whole lot of other chaos because that's the rookie for you!

Second Best: A Chenford Story
This story is based on the events of 5x20, where Isobel momentarily returns to carry out a UC task with Lucy's help. I have changed up the events a bit, and played on Lucy's jealousy towards Isobel, and her interactions with Tim. Lucy is not willing to be second best, and makes that abundantly clear. Chenford Season 7
This is what I imagine (want) to happen straight after season 6 ended (Aaron is still in the story despite him having confirmed he won't be in season 7), focus on Chenford, slow burn. The Oscar/Jason storyline is incorporated from season 6 but not Monica. Lucy sets out to prove herself again as a good cop after her disaster with the detective's exam. Will the awkwardness between Chenford be resolved? Or will it all come to a head? Disclaimer - I have stayed true to each character's mannerisms in the show, so if you're looking for a story where Tim calls Lucy his pookie princess and is overly gushy, you won't find that here. I have remained as realistic as I can with each character's actions, behaviours and words.Concluida

We're all anticipating what Episode 6 of Season 7 will be like, and how Chenford will interact with each other, so I've decided to write my own version of the episode, mostly chenford centred, as if I had creative control over the show (lol).
