hii!! okay 1, the cover will be changed soon! 2, this is the story of a small angst chapter of mine and my friend's d&d campaign. We roleplayed an angsty scene and decided to write it out, context below.
Context of the scene: The Echoes of the Hollow have been fighting the Olhydra. At the beginning of the fight, Pen and Seria were separated from the group and were knocked away by the Olhydra. Seria was saved however Pen was left floating with no rescue. After being saved by Aureus and healed, they couldn't make it to the surface in time and all of them were shocked by the storm of vengeance. During this time, Pen, who was already in critical condition, was separated from the group and was not seen again until Olhydra was defeated.
Pen and Seria are siren sisters, Ritsu is dating the two of them (no this is not incest as its Pen and Seria dating Ritsu not them all dating if that makes sense!), Aureus is the cleric and healer, Gideon is a young man who helped create potions for the party to defeat the Olhydra, and Raoule is the son of the owners at the inn which the party has been resting and helping in return since the beginning.

Serendipity's Interlude (Sequel to The Call)
After Serendipity's passing, things changed, both on the surface and in the waters. She created a new type of a Guardian, an order of Sisters, rather than simple lone warriors. They live together, laugh together, and fight for their lives together. Just as before, the humans hunt them, but someone leaked news of Serendipity after her death and all around the world Sisters are lost in combat. When one of her sisters is severely injured, Madeline, the leader of her family, must break the most important rules of the order: go to the surface. On the surface, the humans have recovered, albeit more curious than before. Serendipity's friends have moved on with their lives, given decades to recover from the shock of her death. The twins of a water G-D
Just like her brother she has dyslexia but can read Greek somehow and she can hold her breath underwater for long time and she doesn't speak a lot. There's a reason or that. See their mother is mortal but their father is the G-D of the sea. But all her twin brother Percy knows is that he thinks their father left them. They really don't belong in this world they have powers but all magic comes with a price I fear. For one their mother remarried to this pig he has no respect for women and hates herself and her brother but the reason why is because of his horrid smell it keeps those that want to hurt them away from them other immortals like their father. They pretty much live their lives in the water and they can do things with water like their father but he doesn't know it and the only reason they have the problems they do is because of their powers those problems go away when they're in the half blood world with other demi-G-Ds like them in that world she's a mermaid, legs on land and tail in the water, and the not talking so much she has a beautiful voice, but its part of her powers her singing is like a siren song.Complete
