When impossible threats of blood and violence begin to manifest only inside her home, Zaia fears her grief has finally fractured her mind. The line between reality and hallucination becomes thin when her next-door neighbor, Kyron, witnesses the same escalating terror. Suddenly on the run, Zaia and Kyron realize they are either sharing a psychological breakdown-or being actively hunted by something that defies the laws of nature.

With every road leading to a dead end, their only chance for survival is to head straight back to the one place Zaia swore she'd never see again: the scene of the trauma. To escape the darkness, they must dive into the madness.
