In a world full of lively people, an incident occurred on 1893 that released thousands of different kinds of powers that the people now possess.

The incident was named as the "Soul Outbreak" since the power that you receive acted as a soul within you, it circulate through your body like its your blood and pumping powers like it's a heart. 

On 1975, Edison Walten made "The Remnant" in his workshop as an experiment, it was labeled as a Multiversional threat and the Guardians ceased the experiment from him, creating a Foundation to keep it sealed and protected.

A Young man named "Kagami" wanted to apply for the Foundation as a student because he wanted to protect the world from evil because he lost his mother due to unnecessary violence.
