As one of the four Deva's of Furin, Hiragi knew the friends and enemies of the town-even if he didn't want to.
But that's how the saying goes, right? Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer?
"We don't cross the tracks. That's the rule. We've come to an agreement with Shishitoren and it works. Stop trying to mess things up," He repeated this religiously whenever he was faced with criticism in regard to the boundaries created between the two groups. "It's a bar street, nothing there that belongs to us, so leave it alone."
Simple. Or at least it should've been simple.
