Arianna's life turned upside down after what happened last summer. So when her friends convince her she should get back to normal, and that life can't stop because of what happened. She spends the next summer with them, along with her childhood crush.

And normally, when you have a crush on a boy, you plot for weeks in order to get him to like you back. But when that specific boy only sees you as his little sister, you might-well, you DEFINITELY-need some... help. And Arianna is ready to take ANY help offered-even if it came from the one person she vowed to stay the HELL away from for the rest of her life. So when he offers to help, she strikes a deal she considers her worst idea with her best friend's twin brother.

"Give me that phone." Kai orders, snatching my phone from my hand-

"Hey!" I let out, which doesn't get me anywhere tho. Kai taps the screen a few times like he's texting someone.

"What the hell do you think you're doing-" I lean to peek at the screen but he shoves the phone into his back pocket, and in a split second, he's lifting me off the ground and placing me on Trevor's car's hood.

"Adding some spices to your story," He winks, leaning close, his hands pinning my thighs on the hood, his face mere inches away from mine.

I couldn't help it, but my breath hitches-
