The gold digger

All Clara Reyes wanted was a normal job, one that would allow her to pay the rent and put food on the table, after being dumped by her boyfriend, with whom she shared half the expenses.

She never imagined working for a company as large and important as Mr. Schneider's, much less did she imagine she'd end up as his personal assistant.

At first, everything seemed like a fairy tale. Schneider was a rather...mmm...unconventional old man, but he was an understanding boss and easy to work with. That is, until he asked her to go on a cruise vacation with his family.

The calm, beautiful waters, along with the open bar and first-class food, should have been the best thing that could have happened to Clara, but you can't rest easy with three grown-ups fighting over who should be the head of the company, three grandchildren thirsting for their share of the inheritance, an even more peculiar ex-wife, and a man who hates gold diggers.

Oh yes, because that seemed to be Clara.
