"You know what it is we want beastling." The man with the pale eyes said. The caged man shot him a glance, something dancing just below the surface of his calm, relaxed demeanor. The air in the room was electric.
The man locked eyes with her, sending a shiver through her whole body. She felt like a rabbit in the jaws of a wolf- struggling, but doomed. Then, his eyes still on hers, he began to change.
