Mirkwood (Thranduil and Tauriel post-BOTFA)
The relationship between Thranduil and Tauriel after the Battle of the 5 Armies. How Tauriel is dealing with the aftermath of the battle as she goes back to Mirkwood and realizes that she has always wanted Thranduil's love and affection in her life. It turns out there has been more behind their turbulent relationship than they let themselves believe. The story follows their relationship from the days and weeks after the battle to many years later, during the events from LOTR and after. I absolutely loved their chemistry in the Hobbit and this is my first fanfic. I tried to keep the characters as close to the movie versions as I could (since Tauriel only appears in the movies and Thranduil's personality is only vaguely presented in the books). I am also including info about what happened to Thranduil's realm after the Hobbit from the LOTR book appendices... There will also be feasts and celebrations along the way! #partykingthranduil Rated mature for some chapters. #thrandiel #1 in thranduilfanfic #6 in TaurielTerminé

To use it, she must recite an ancient Elven prayer, a song of starlight that could make her either a savior or a target. The outside world is dangerous. She has been told this all her life. Kings would seek to control her. Thieves would try to take what is not theirs. And once her secret is known, she will never be free. But when fate sends an unexpected visitor to her tower, Y/N must make a choice: remain a prisoner of safety or risk everything for a chance at freedom...perhaps, even love. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ⚠️ Warnings ⚠️ • Violent Scenes • Graphic Descriptions • Sexual Themes • Age Gap • Strong/ Offensive Language ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Status: Ongoing • Started: 07/03/25 • Finished: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Disclaimer • I don't own TLOTR/The Hobbit or its characters. • I do own Y/n + some extra added characters

Agony • Concealed Memories | | Thranduil
When a darkness spreads across Mirkwood, a mighty elven kingdom is robbed from its bliss. A once vibrant people hides behind the walls of their kingdom and the forest grew into a bleak and uneasy place. The other realms suspected Thranduil of being embittered by Saurons return, the growing darkening of his kingdom and the domination of Shelob's children beneath the canopy of his forest. Nothing could've been further from the truth. There was another reason why Thranduil grew bitter and isolated. A reason no one dared to speak about. And as people stopped talking about it, memories faded, got twisted and turned, until dozens of versions left people confused. They had forgotten Thranduils love for life, for his kingdom. The memories fell into extinction and people no longer remembered. Except for Thranduil. This is the story of Thranduil and the memories he hid in the depths of his soul. A pain that has wrenched his heart. A pain that can best be described as; 'agony.'Terminé
