On a day like any other, during a particularly intense fight between Izuku and Shigaraki something completely unexpected happens. Just as the battle reaches its climax, a mysterious, unknown entity bursts onto the scene, immobilizing both of them with an inexplicable power. Before they can react, they both fall unconscious.

When they awaken, reality has completely changed: Izuku finds himself trapped in Shigaraki's body, and Shigaraki, discovers he is Midoriya. Neither can understand what has happened or how to fix it. Confused and under pressure, they decide-each for their own reasons-not to reveal the truth immediately and to impersonate the other so as not to arouse suspicion.

However, maintaining this charade proves far from simple. Midoriya, despite trying to act like a villain in order to survive among his enemies, is torn by internal conflict: he, who has always hated everything villains represent, is now forced to live and fight as the very symbol of the evil he has always sought to defeat. On the other hand, Shigaraki struggles to pretend to be the determined and altruistic Deku: his impulsive and destructive nature is difficult to contain, especially when interacting with other U.A. students and professors.

Aizawa Shota-known as the Pro Hero "Eraserhead"-soon begins to notice strange behavior in his star student. The once respectful and attentive boy now seems to address him coldly, simply calling him "Eraserhead" instead of his usual "Aizawa-sensei." Even Bakugo Katsuki, who has always referred to Izuku as "Deku", can't help but sense that something is wrong.

Month after month, doubts grow, and the strange behavior becomes harder to ignore. Aizawa and Bakugo's suspicions intensify until, after a series of small clues, the truth finally comes out: the body swap is real, and no one knows how it happened-or how to reverse it.
