As more demigods arrive in Gotham, including Will Solace, Stella Jackson, and others from Camp Half-Blood, the Batfam slowly learns Nico's secret... and starts accepting him as one of their own. But beneath Gotham lies an ancient secret: the Crown of the Dead Prince, a divine artifact that starts merging with Nico, awakening long-lost powers and memories of past Ghost Kings. After going on a little trip to get some supplies for camp Leo winds up in Gotham. Just as Leo finds himself in some trouble, a couple of mysterious people come to his aid. The only problem is they think he is some street rat orphan. This leaves Leo trying to figure out what to do as he is now stuck at an orphanage. Meanwhile, back at camp, his friends are now panicking at his sudden disappearance. I'm not great at descriptions. Basically this is Leo x batfam, cause there is not enough of these. I love Nico x batfam fanfics, but I have always wondered what a Leo x batfam would be like, cause we never really get to dive into his trauma well. Also the three that there are on here are like 4 chapters long. I probably will have slow updates because I don't have a lot of free time, and I'm not that creative despite being an artist. Nico attempts a long-distance shadow-travel to visit Hazel, but his powers falter due to lingering exhaustion and the sheer emotional toll of the wars. Instead of Camp Jupiter, he lands in a dark, unfamiliar alleyway in a city unlike any he's known: Gotham. The sheer density of human despair and darkness in Gotham is overwhelming, almost physically painful for him. He encounters petty criminals or a low-level gang, instinctively using his powers to defend himself, but he's disoriented and vulnerable.

When Zuko was marred by his father, a scar was not the only side effect. He was rendered completely blind. However, he does not let that hinder him. He still must capture the Avatar!
