It was just a feather. White. Weightless. harmless.

Until the sky began to bleed color-feathers of every shade, pouring down like rain. Not from birds. Not from anything living.

People screamed. Others froze. Some remembered things they shouldn't have. A life before in the dark corners or in the bright sky.

He remembers a time that no one speaks of. A truth even time has tried to bury. That even the gods never speak because it killed all of one.

But if the feathers are falling again...then who knows...

Only Time will tell...

Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. She was expecting to die and have her corpse eaten by rats and other vermin. What she didn't expect was to be saved by a woman that was everything but human. "Do you want to live?" This woman asked and when she looked into herself she knew the answer, it came easy through her busted lips. "Yes." From that day on she became something else, something not human, something extraordinary and from that day forth she will serve this woman who saved her life and maybe one day remember her name or be given one by her new Mistress. Maybe one day she'll remember who she was and maybe she'll even find the one person that completes her soul. From that day forth she became a Nightwalker. Completed. #14 in Fantasy - Now officially featured on Wattpad. She is Light. He is Darkness. They have no reason to trust each other. But they're the only ones who can stop three worlds from falling apart. Oh, and they're both dead. Added to TeenFictionCommunity's "Fantastic Fantasies" and Wattpad's "Watty Winners: The best of Wattpad" reading lists. "Excellent prologue! :) The whole scene just flows perfectly; is very well described, and an effortless read." - @AdamCollins "When I was 12, I was biking and got hit by a car, I didn't know what happened until i woke up in the ambulance too. This scene brought all that back! So great writing! LOL" - @RebeccaSky "Awesome prologue you got there Marion! :) I love the fact that the main character died in this prologue, which makes the reader what will happen to the main character. :) It's cool to see your version of angels and demons compared to my work. I might get a little inspiration from yours though :) Good job! And can't wait to read more." - @Jasmine_Bell "This is an intriguing start, you could hook the readers on with your writing style. It was very intense in the beginning that you have people wondering what's going to happen later :)" - @Ky_Kgko DISCLAIMER: I don't own the pictures/videos in this story. Letters from the Other Side

32 parts Ongoing

She woke to a world washed in silver. The clouds hung low, heavy with secrets. And when the rain began, soft, deliberate. She welcomed it like an old friend. But this morning wasn't like the others. Between the drops, she saw them. Tiny beings, born of shimmer and storm. Fairies. Real ones. They moved like the rain itself knew how to keep them hidden. And in that quiet wonder, something ancient stirred. Everyone else rushed past, umbrellas raised, eyes down. No one noticed. Except her. One fairy remained. Still, glowing, watching her like it had been waiting. When she whispered, "Hello," the world began to shift. But the rain wasn't the only thing falling that day. A parcel was coming. A diary that writes back. A demon who already knows her name. And a truth her father buried long ago. The past isn't sleeping. It's waking up.
