A Batman x Supergirl fanfic.
Kara Danvers wants to follow in her cousin's footsteps and become a superhero. However, she's up to a rocky start, and the leader of the Justice League, Batman, isn't particularly fond of her. Kara desperately wants to join the team, so she sets out to follow and learn from the different heroes.
Bruce Wayne wants nothing more than a full night's rest, but this seems impossible when balancing his superhero duties with the responsibilities of a wealthy heir. And it certainly doesn't help that Clark's cousin has been tagging along on their missions like a lost puppy, causing more harm than good. He reluctantly agrees to train her, in the hopes of scaring her off the superhero life.
Meanwhile, Kara is investigating a case for the newspaper she's interning at, that might be closely linked to a secret case Batman has been working on.
As both their personal and superhero paths start crossing, they find themselves tangled in something far greater than they could have imagined.
