"Dinner was ready almost 30 minutes ago Izuku, what on earth are you up...to." Katsuki's voice trails off as he stands in the doorway of the bathroom, trying to take in what he's looking at.
Izuku is facing the mirror, staring back at Katsuki with tears streaming down his cheeks as he holds the makeshift gauze to his arm, that is very obviously dripping blood.
