Nineteen year old Ebony Athena Parthanonus is ascending the throne of The Confederation of Greece, Egypt and Persia ( Greecia ) in less then a year and she is ready for some big changes. For one, Egypt does not approve of their next ruler being female or that she doesn't look a thing like the other people of their country. Princess Ebony is shipped off to Illea to join a contest to win the heart of Prince Emerson Schreave while her parents and 4 month old brother, Callius, head to their relatives in New Siberia to escape the rebel unrest around their seemingly peaceful and protected castle.
On her journey to not find only an escape but a possible alley or husband for her country. She finds many things are waiting for her in Illea besides the crown prince, such as her childhood friend and quite possibly, a lost relative.
Most characters are mine and mine alone with the exception of a few which belong respectfully to my friends whom I will tag below ( The Schreaves ) . Also inspiration for this goes to my friends ( yes the same ones ) The world and idea(ish) for this belongs wholly to Kiera Cass. I hope you enjoy this as I will try to update as best I can and as often as I can!
