Once upon a time, in a very distant land, two kingdoms decided to end years or war and sign peace, starting an era of truces and alliances. However, that didn't stop the rivalry between the heirs and the fight for a bigger power. Ages later, after a big tragedy, the king's death, Emmerland's royal family is forced to leave the palace for safety reasons, staying hosted in Goldenland's palace for the meantime. That's where Light and Charn's hatred grew bigger, triggered by Charn's intense personality and Light's little patience.

The king of Adaresa, King Marlan, was able to ally with two smaller yet some of the greatest kingdoms; Caderis and Mirari. The joining of these lands and kingdoms are what made them rise above the rest. King Marlan, was dying of old age and had no children of his own to be his heir.
